You can start to see the seed germinating on the first few holes. It's still a little to early to tell if we got a good take, but so far it looks pretty good. We finished fertilizing the whole course today, which should really help it pop. We are trying to get as much germination as possible before the winds hit because it could cause us some problems with our irrigation coverage. We already have enough problems getting good coverage with these old sprinklers. The main issue right now is when we have this many sprinklers running at one time, some of the oldest ones start turning slower then they should or sometimes they just stop turning altogether. We have been repairing somewhere around 7 to 10 sprinklers every day since we started watering the new seed, and about 4 water line breaks each week.
