Well, I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and had plenty to eat. I sure did. There's not too much going on right now in the world of golf maintenance. We're just trying to keep the course as good as possible and waiting for that first frost to see how the course holds up. After that we can better plan for things such as changing mowing heights, determining fertilizer types, top-dressing greens and stuff like that. Until then, it's pretty much just routine maintenance and trying to finish up some of the detail work we didn't get done during over-seeding.
