We've had a couple of members mention that they have seen more ants on the course recently and there are two reason why. First is the warmer temperature and second is because in trying to dry up our bunkers to make them softer and more playable by shutting the irrigation water off once a week, the ants are coming to the surface more looking for water. We know that this time of year we will start to see more and more of them, and with that in mind, we have scheduled the Coachella Vector Control to treat the entire golf course again on Friday March 5th.
