Our replacement computer showed up at 1:30 yesterday afternoon. Apparently the FedEx airplane had some mechanical problems delaying it's delivery. Again, I am so glad we were able to convince the RainBird Company to allow us to use my lap-top to operate their (our) system. (They really frown upon doing that and don't usually allow it). We could have really been in some serious trouble. Now, I think the smartest thing would to just continue to use my lap-top to water until all the seed has germinated and we feel safe enough to shut the system down to change computers. I would hate to switch them out and run into some unforeseen problem.
