Yesterday afternoon (Sunday) around 3:00 PM, our irrigation computer CRASHED and went to the dreaded "Blue Screen" with the words "Fatal Hard Drive Error". I contacted RainBird support, but there was nothing they could do except to send me a replacement computer, which wouldn't be here until sometime Tuesday. Not what you want to hear when you have thousands of dollars of seed sitting on the ground ready to germinate, knowing that if the seed drys out it will die. Fortunately, I was able to go home and get my lap-top computer and brought it back here and worked on it loading the irrigation software and trying to figuring out how to get it connected to our two wire (MIM) computer wires that run our controllers. I finally got it up and running about 8:00 PM and everything appears to be working OK for now. They are shipping me out the replacement computer this morning. I'm afraid to ask what else can go wrong.
