This has sure been some cold snap. I don't think that we have ever had this much frost this early in the year and it sure is showing on the course. I had two different meetings yesterday with several other superintendents and vendors and everyone was hit hard. It looks like we are going to get a little bit of relief over the next week or two so we will start pumping the fertilizer back to it and try to get it greened up as soon as we can. I've got over 10 tons of fertilizer sitting in the shop just waiting for the temperature to get warm enough for it to be effective.
