You don't really realize how much important information you keep on your computer until you lose it. Last year when my hard drive crashed, I lost all my over-seeding information making it so much more difficult this year. Everything has to be re-measured and re-calibrated. All the seeding and fertilizer rates, spreader settings, chemical amounts and rates, even little things like how many rakes get placed into each bunker has to be re-figured. Even trying to remember what supplies need to be ordered and the quantity's needed is a challenge. My advice to everyone, buy a portable hard drive and back up your computer. The money will be well spent.
