The other day I visited a couple of local private clubs in the area and I wanted to share with you some of the conditions they are facing. Everyone is having the same issues we have experienced with the Pythium disease and the returning Bermuda. I promised that I wouldn't list the names of these properties, but I will tell you that they are on either the same program (or a very similar program) that we are on to control the Bermuda grass returning, and that these superintendents are very confident that this is the best approach in the long run. The top picture is a course with Hybrid Bermuda, which you can see is thin but much better then the bottom picture which is a course with Common Bermuda, such as we have.
