With the increased humidity, along with all the areification and fertilizing that we've been doing, the fairways have really started growing. Because of that, we have lowered the height of cut in the fairways as they were getting a little shaggy. For the next couple of mowing's, we will probably have more grass clippings then usual, but that shouldn't last long. Before too long we will need to start lowering the height of cut in the roughs also, to get a jump on over-seeding.
The Pro Shop Staff has just finished laser measuring all the yardages on the par-3 holes for us. These yardage plates have been unreadable since before I started here and finally this year we are getting them replaced. Hopefully they can get them made and we can get them in place before the season starts.
