Well, so far all the comments about this years over-seeding have been positive. General opinion is that the course is the best it has been at this point in several years, especially the greens. Speaking of the greens, our height of cut is currently at .109 and are rolling at a speed of 7.9. We will be slightly lowering the height again today to .100 for tomorrows mowing. They seem to be healthy enough to accept the lowering right now because the weather has been good, but we need to be very careful about getting then too low, too fast. If we get hit with a sudden cold spell, it could really cause some problems because of how young and delicate the new plant really is.
