Wow, is it ever going to stop raining. Yesterday was the first time I have ever had to close the golf course. We got and additional 1.10 inches between 5:00 AM yesterday and 5:00 AM today. That brings our weekly total to 3.25 inches. The course is so wet that we had to skip changing the cups this morning because we couldn't pull the cup plugs out of the green. The only reason the course is open today is because we were scheduled to have two shotguns, and with the canceled ladies member / member in the morning, we will have no play until the afternoons shotgun. That should give it enough time to soak in a little. Plus, I don't think we will have that many people that want to play in this weather anyway. Right now we are evaluating the course to see if we will be cart path only today.
