The beginning of a new year always brings a ton of paperwork with it, because it's training and renewal time. The entire staff needs to be trained annually for pesticide handling and storage, hazardous material handling, material safety data sheet training, business emergency plan training, off road diesel equipment usage and of course, all of the paperwork that ClubCorp requires such as annual employee evaluations, address verifications, job description renewals and DMV background checks, just to name a few. This pretty much takes up most of my time for the entire month of January.
