Yesterday afternoon I met with Damian Pascuzzo of 2P Golf Course Designs for several hours driving the course and discussing our bunkers. Damian is currently doing some work for KSL at La Costa Resort and was asked by Doug Miller, our corporate agronomist if he would stop by Desert Falls and take a look at our bunkers. I was extremely happy to meet with Damian for several reasons, but mainly because he was sent by the corporate office. That means that they might be buying into the idea that getting an architect involved is the way to go. He is going to contact Doug Miller to discuss our situation and said he would include us in his communications and recommendations. I also have a meeting scheduled on January 20th with Kevin Ramsey of Golf Plan Architecture, which is Ron Fream's (our original course designers) company, to take a look at our bunkers. It will be interesting to compare the ideas of these two very knowledgeable men.
