This morning we are mowing the front nine fairways for the first time. It's always a little scary because the grass is still so delicate. You want to mow it as soon as you can because the sooner you start mowing it, the faster it starts to tiller and thicken up. But there is also always the risk that you could up-root it because it is so young and delicate.
