We are having some problems with Pythium disease and also with getting the new seed established on the greens in the areas where we enlarged them last summer. It seems that on the areas where we had little or no grass to hold the new seed into place, the seed just keeps moving until it rests up against where there is grass. We are constantly spot seeding these areas and it is filling in slowly but surely. This is also the latest in the year that the Pythium has hit and I hope we can get the areas spot seeded and filled in prior to our opening, but time is running out.
