I keep hearing that I am not assessable enough to the members, so I have been trying to find a way to correct that image. I am here 6 days a week working, but whenever I am on the golf course, members are more interested in their round (and rightfully so) then chatting with me. I just feel like I'm disturbing them and wasting time trying to be noticed. So what I've decided to try doing, is to try to have lunch one or two days a week in the grill room. I will try to schedule it for around the time the men's and ladies clubs finish play. That way if a member has a question or would like to discuss something, they can approach me without interrupting their game. So please don't feel like you are disturbing my lunch by approaching me. That is what I am there for.
