Boy, what I wouldn't give for a nice little rain shower and some cooler temperatures right now. Both would help us tremendously. It would help germinate the remaining seed and control the competition from the Bermuda grass, which in turn would enable us to get the ropes down sooner. Yes, I am doing my rain dance.
