We fixed the main-line on number 7 and recharged the line with pressure only to have it blow out right before where the previous break was. This happens a lot as there is no real good way to tell if the other pipe in the area is weak without testing it. When pressuring up the system, we also discovered that our 3-hp pressure maintenance pump and our 25-hp jockey pump are both not working. I hope we can get everything fixed pretty soon. With the temperature getting into the high 80's today, I'm starting to get a little nervous.
Speaking of the weather, it's to the point now that we're hoping these above average temperatures stick around for awhile. If it gets cold now, it will do nothing but cause the Bermuda grass to go into dormancy, which will cause the whole property to appear yellow, stressed and sickly looking. That being said, it shouldn't really have an effect on the playability of the course, it just won't look as pretty.
